The embodied recognition of Unity provides profound inner comfort and nurtures trust in the natural order of things. Our relationships becomes based on commitment, respect, and love.

By attuning to the subtitles in our autonomic nervous system and everyday anatomy of how we carry ourselves we can slowly push through blockages and uncover secrets in our bodies where became unaware of patterns that we may or may not have chosen that no longer serve us. Lets slow down, feel safe, and even have fun!
